• Direct the entire product lifecycle for our eagerly awaited platforms, Pryzm.zone and Forwards.
• Perform thorough market research to shape product strategies, ensuring we stay at the forefront of the industry.
• Encourage teamwork across various departments to realize strategic objectives.
• Manage the product journey from ideation to market release, fostering adoption and market presence.
• Design and implement detailed market entry plans, making certain our products connect with and fulfill the needs of our varied clientele.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) principles and mechanisms, backed by a solid technical foundation, ideally in computer engineering.
• Track record of product management in the blockchain or financial technology sectors.
• Skilled in web3 technologies, especially within the Cosmos and Ethereum frameworks.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of juggling several projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills and a history of effective teamwork.
• Acquaintance with agile development practices and the financial sector’s regulatory environment.
